When I go to the customer support page for HM3, it goes white and reads "this page cannot be loaded". I've done all the necessary steps to ensure that HM3 pulls the hand history data from the correct ACR folders, but it will not comply. Problem #2: Holdem Manager 3 will not connect with ACR. It just seems ACR or my computer is automatically wiping the hand histories away for some reason (is this windows 10, or State blockage reasons?).

I talked to ACR "livechat" earlier, and they confirmed it was an issue that they've encountered. Problem #1: ACR is automatically deleting all hand histories, even though all of the app settings are properly enabled to save the hands to my hard drive (all check boxes are enabled, and it is set to store hand history for 30 days). I play a lot on ACR, and just installed HM3 today.
